Edit Rookies

I was wondering how can i edit the new rookies in franchise mode ?or if is that even possible? i tried the .dbf editing but in the game only allows you to edit the players in your team and the free agents.

You will have to edit them externally (ie with a DBF Editor or the NBA Live 2003 Toolkit for MS Access 2000).
