nba 2k11 lags/slow mo problem

hello! can anyone help me with my problem. why am i still experiencing lags/delays/slow mo when i play nba 2k11 even on low settings. im using version 1.0.1. can any one suggest how to make the game better without replacing my video card? someone told me to remove the crowd.iff and it works, the game got better but i still experience minimal lags/slow mo ingame. is there anything else i can do or remove ingame to make it better besides replacing the video card? thanks

What are your computer's other specs? When it comes down to it, you need to make sure that you exceed the minimum requirements to have a satisfactory experience. If your PC does not, then an upgrade is pretty much your only option.
