This game is going to be better than people think. That dribbling looks good.

Beat me to it, I was in the midst of creating a thread until I noticed yours.

Dribbling looks pretty good, but we won't know how good it is in reality until we actually get to play the game.

Good to know we can break out of animations rather than getting stuck in canned situations. The next step will be enhancing the animation quality, but if the feel of the game and controls are good then NBA Live 14 will have taken steps in the right direction.

I also like the sound of the controls, the familiarity of the right stick dribbling.

the animation and overall graphics looked a lot better in these videos. Models though, eh, shoulders again.

It all sounds great though
Opinions are my own.

Wow, the dribbling does live up to what they've been hyping it as. It looks smooth and responsive. I do agree with JaoSming though, the animations and the graphics look a lot better than what we saw in the trailer. Can't wait to get my hands on it!

Dribbing actually looks pretty good. A few months ago someone hypothesized that Live 14 was probably mostly going to be a dribbling showcase. I think that someone is right.

It certainly makes sense, given the emphasis on the new bounceTek. Hopefully, other animations will continue to be polished in the years to come, but one step at a time I guess.

Dribbling looks solid!! Definitely impressed. The dribble mechanic can some what give an advantage over the up and down game play compared to 2K14.

If the controls are responsive, there's a minimum of cheese and the AI is up to scratch, then NBA Live 14 will have done a good job in some key areas. It'd be that solid comeback the series needs and something to build upon.

The defense will make or break this game.
Is it just me or is it the Caucasian/light skinned players in this game that do not look right? Can't see as much detail/shadow/light in them.

the dribbling is solid while in standstill, but once in motion... the lag jerky locomotion kicks right on in. If they cant fix the lag, and robotic movement.. its a deal breaker for me.

Is there any chance that they will cancel this game again ?

Comparing the flow of information to last year and taking into consideration a concrete release date and the do-or-die nature of releasing a game, a cancellation seems unlikely at this juncture.
