which sucks, but w/e, I'm not dropping money on them.

I had a 4 star level earlier from the wind farm antics, wanted to get back to missions so I hid in a bush.....I didn't count on them actually sending foot patrols to your last known location, then scout the immediate area....I'm not a smart person for going afk then....

i have not had much trouble with helicopters yet. when they come i hit the highway and speed away. if the cars follow i switch lanes and bob and weave a lot then then the radar goes away to POV i just bolt off road and hide.

something i noticed and not sure if a bug or a feature but i was playing yesterday running people over when the cops got called. i got out and shot a few people then i jumped into a new car and drove towards the cops who were already in POV mode at that time. well i was ready for a chase as the cop passed but he drove by like he didnt recognize me. it was like they were still looking for the last car i was in. again not sure if that is intended or just a bug but if its intended its really cool

that is intended, you can hide in "plain sight" but if you spend too much time in their vision cone they might recognize you.

For GTA Online it looks like you can buy $100k, $200k, $500k, or $1,250,000 with real life money. Which of course breaks the in-game economy when the non-paying people do heists and waste ammo/customized cars/betrayed by money-carrying NovU's don't replenish their funds with additional RL$.

Mircrotransaction sucks always. Hey, I say we stick as a team and exploit holes in heists/missions/trolling to make as much money as possible early before official patches slowly tighten the screws.

EDIT: I just spoke to my buddy from the Rockstar. I told him one of our forum guys beat the game already and he was like... THERE ARE THREE ENDINGS! Yous gotta play three effing times! Enjoy! LoL. This is bad but then this is GTA V  .

Well instead of buying in game money, we can have NovU purchase the money and then we kill him and split it up among the crew.

Even that messed up for me for some reason, I did all the cars of the characters + Franks bike and now Trevors badass carbon roll caged pick up is back to its old red rusted heap of metal.

I also hate when I buy that fucker nice clothes from Ponsby's and then come back later to him wearing a fucking dress or nothing but his skidded up tidy-whitey's. :x

Edit: Btw about the three endings...I can't bring myself to choose the other two options. Maybe on the second go around. :(

I'm wondering about playing online, I have never actually done it for long periods of times but this game (and the heists) just seem so fun, especially with a crew and all...are you guys all playing on PS? Can an xbox person play (teehee, ) with a PS person?

Some lucky associates from another forum have early beta access to online. They said

Online needs a lot of work. Extremely glitchy right now. Hopefully they get it sorted out before they release it to the public on October 1st.

Biggest problem so far is not being able to join a session with a group. You have to go in solo and have your buddies join in. Otherwise, when it works I've been having a blast. The various missions are fun.

I don't think I'll be able to beat the game in a week :|

This can work to our favor if We the NLSC crew can find ways to exploit those glitches to our advantage before they patch it up. There already is offline money glitch where you can make 25k on each 2 switches between characters.

Haven't had much time to play the game, thus I'm only about 11% complete. However, in the little time I've been able to play, the game's been nothing short of a BLAST! As highlighted before, the mission checkpoints really make the game much more enjoyable and much less frustrating. Also as highlighted before, cops are much more aggressive; the couple times or so I've been able to escape them I'd probably consider flukes. I really need to find some go-to alleyways and bushes to hide in.

Driving in my opinion is much better than in past games. Maybe it's because I'm too concerned about keeping my cars in mint condition, but I am crashing much less than I did in GTA IV or in previous games. The handling and braking system/physics are significantly superior to that of previous games as well. A lot has already been said over the graphics so there's no need for me to repeat that.

At only 11% in, I'm liking the story so far. Though I'm not to Trevor yet, Franklin will probably end up being my favorite character. Probably because he's the most sane of the three protagonists...

In addition, I enjoy going to the shooting range to practice with all the weapons, which definitely helped me out in the Long Stretch mission, otherwise I'd have failed it more than once. That and the strip club are the only extra features I've been able to enjoy so far. I'm strongly considering cutting out more time on my schedule and investing more time in this game.

The strip club is pretty good. I'm surprised they were able to allow frontal nudity in the game.

At about 52% - now that I know what I'm doing, the game isn't very hard - mind you I'm not going for Gold on the missions. Probably two-thirds into the story, still don't own any property because nobody's paying me for any of the missions. This is easily the game of the year for me. I can't remember the last time a video game took over my life and all of my free time. It's kinda terrible I guess but a testament to how this game actually met the lofty expectations it set.

Does anyone still think the map is small? LoL. I still have tons to explore.

I'm rather disappointed in gameplay time though. Thought it'd take longer to finish the storyline.
