These are my predictions for rankings

WEST
Thunder
Spurs
Rockets
Warriors
Grizzlies
Clippers
Nuggets
Dallas
-------------
Minny (either Dallas or Minny in the playoffs, and they'll both be in if the Nuggets do that badly)
Pelicans
Lakers
Trailblazers
Kings
Jazz (In a few years, with the right picks, I could see this team being a 6-8 seed because of Enes Kanter and Derrick Favours potential)
Suns

Pretty much every team improved, which only makes this harder

EAST
Heat (surprise, surprise)
Pacers
Brooklyn (If no-one gets injured. If someone in the lineup is out for a while, then a 4-7th seed would be more accurate depending on who gets injured)
Chicago
Knicks
Atlanta
Detroit
Cleveland
---------------
Raptors
Wizards
Celtics
Bobcats
Bucks
Magic
76ers

Most Improved-Raptors, Detroit, Minny, Wizards, Pelicans, Trailblazers

 I like it. Celtics can't get #1 pick, likely not. Neither the Lakers lol.

In the east I'm going to go with the Cleveland Cavaliers. I'm not sure about how 2013 number one pick small forward Anthony Bennett will be. What I love about the Cavaliers was some of the moves they made during the offseason. When healthy Andrew Bynum is a top ten center in the NBA hands down. The Cavs added Jarrett Jack and Earl Clark as well. I'm curious to see how well Bynum, Thompson, Clark, Waiters and Irving will be starting.

In The west I'm going to go with the Minnesota Timberwolves. I have them making the playoffs this season. Kevin Martin was a solid pickup. They really needed a veteran shooting guard bad and got it with Kevin Martin. If Rubio and Love can remain healthy all season then I look at them possibly making it to the playoffs.
