Even so I doubt he can download the game from Amazon considering his IP or if just buying for Steam keys his credit card be allowed by Amazon because of his location which is part of the coding in his credit/debit card.

If you buy any Steam/Origin games you don't download from Amazon, just get a key. Even if you "download" it it's just a 3KB program that shows the key.

Tempting but too much of a hassle for me I guess. I already have a hard time remembering real details required used in other sites more so if I use fake ones. I even forgot my go to fake address in China and I had that shite googled even to the building number.

You can add addresses to your Amazon account and then just select them (and cards/etc.), I only just recently deleted all my old apartments from the last seven years.
