Ok on Kobe's player page, you will look at the SKINNY and it will say this NEWS: July 8
SKINNY: Sources tell RotoWire that the Lakers are close to doing a sign and trade deal with the Grizzlies involving Bryant.

I mean its July 8th right now, and I don't seem to get it. Either Jerry West is a sneaky mofo or it's just a lie. I don't see why they would put it on his player page though.

Wow, if that is a valid rumor and it's not making big news, that's certainly weird. However, I hear a Shaq to Miami deal is almost done...on ESPN Boards. Take it as a grain of salt...rumors fly so fast these days...

West always does things behind peoples back because he never wants anyone to know he is doing it. Every deal or free agent signing he has done in Memphis, we never knew about. Im sure nobody knew about Bonzi for Person? Or us getting Posey..We were talkin about Pippen and Newble over Posey and next thing we know Posey is coming to town. I just think he is tryin somethin but im not quite sure what it is
