This edit presumes that he is flexing at all times. Also I believe there are too much veins showing.

I think it´s not a 3D Body edition....you edit bodies on Blender or 3D Max?

I think it´s a body muscle texture update right?

this is not a 3d editing... he edit only the ripped muscle texture and normal muscle texture that is a .dds file :)

Yeah he just made the muscle from buff to ripped. You can even do that with the Roster Editor.
