can we test out the saints v2 global first, then the new light effect

Gone abit overboard with the glow imo.

Looks like players are glowing where as in last release and saints 2 preview it looked like realistic light reflection off the skin.
Also lower half of arms look very unrealistic not sure if thats lighting or the sweat.
Im guessing its the lighting shining on sweat too much.

I think the old version looks more like as seen on tv, and your newer crack at it looks more like how stadium floods look like in person and if your courtside, but the glow does seem overdone to me on that head shot, maybe it looks normal zoomed out in normal play but the up closer stills they look too shiny too glowy imho but maybe that all works together to make it look beast when they are running around normal play sized, its i kinda hard to tell other than it does look really killer, but i think i lean more toward the tv look versions at first glance because the up close shots look better to me.

maybe you should do a tv release and reality release? two versions should float most peoples boats than they can feel like they are courtside or watching it on tv as feels best to them?

glow looks amazing. look at it this way, during gameplay it's not the same effect as replay. so when you're playing it's fine (look at gameplay screens) then it has the extra glow during replays. i think that's fine, it's a replay, it gets spiced up, they're replaying a highlight. i think it's great.

you should wait until release to see if it fits what you want. also, don't forget, SeanJohn has released over 5 different shadow mods that all look great in replay, you can mess around to see what you like best. there are many options. some people might enjoy this new replay glow, i love it. it could give you a new look for your montages... just a thought.

True true.. The first saints global was just amazing..

as soon as i manage to make the lighting to be good at any camera angle i will release this one.. but right now i think need more time
