That depends on the roster you're using Man Child...

Blake Griffin is normal on some roster while Dwight is athletic.

That explains the legs.

Yo Mattan!! Do you have a version of this with everything the body size. IMO I think the Default NBA 2K13 Bodies (thicker) would compliment this mod a lot.
