update first post, remember to download missing cfs, use orignal portrait file(should i upload it?), and prepare separate folder with Sixers(for example) current courts to easily back to 2012/13 season. Enjoy it!

edit: feel free to comment and suggestion, report every issue or missing cfs.

Yo skoadam how did you get Don Nelson to coach? What's his Coach ID? Or did you already figure out the Coach ID list?

I try roster 2008/2009 its great ...i start doing on player salaries
But i found thet paul pierce havent got CF.....i download the missing cfs but i dont have paul pierce

I know you're trying to help thank you for that but these are not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for the Coach IDs. What you linked me to is the Coach CYBERFACE IDs which I am fully aware of, thank you again.

its probably because ure online and files update to 2k original files. just delete files from download folder. i give u path to this when i back home.

just go there and delete(make copy if u want) all files- now u can enjoy with all retro courts.
