MyCAREER Mode - Forcing Teammate Trades?

Ok so we all know of the GM conversation options this year.
my question is how in the world do you get the GM to trade someone
via GM conversation? the 30 games in option when they ask who you want
isnt what im speaking of. im saying complaining about not liking a
certain teammate or something doesnt seem to work for me.


im assuming its possible, as iv seen people talk of doing it.
however its never worked for me. i can get the option saying the GM
is on my side and i wont be the player being moved, but no trades
have ever been made after it. any values i can edit or other actions
i can take to make this go thru the way id guess it was designed to?

I'm guessing it's the option about not liking playing with a particular player, though there's no guarantee that they'll actually go ahead and make a trade.

thats exactly what im saying, Andrew.
im aware of how its SUPPOSED to work, and im guessing it
works for others. however, its never worked for me,
and im currently playing thru my 7th or so save in MC.

i wonder if im the only one that it hasnt worked for,
though i feel as if i couldnt be lol. but im hoping someone
will have some type of workaround to make such work.
