Fights

I know there isn't a lot of fighting in the NBA but there should be an option for this, like you could set in the Rules somewhere. In the EA NHL series, you could start a fight with someone if they try to knock you down or something. I've always enjoyed those and they're pretty fun. The fighting option would only be a quick 20-30 second fight and you could use 3 of the buttons to: punch left, punch right, and take cover. Of course, each punch button is a different style of punch. I'm sure this could be added to the game to make it more exciting and realistic.

I don't think fighting should be in the game. It wouldn't be all that realistic, as there aren't as many altercations in basketball as there are in hockey. Secondly, I don't think they are a part of the game that are particularly exciting or something to be proud of. Besides, the image concious NBA would never allow it to be part of an NBA game, the same as they do not allow technical fouls to be in the game (aside from the one you are assigned if you call timeout when you have none left).

heheh...bring Rick Fox and Doug Christie to life! :P

As much fun as it would be (I would love to beat Greg Osterag up) i don't think it will be allowed...

Meh...who cares...it's not like we'd be missing out on anything anyway.
