It's the Mip Maps... It's not generating them correctly. I encountered this last year, now I'm trying to remember how I corrected it. It's something to do with generating mip maps though.

did you use mipster? or just generated mipmaps in nvidia tool when saved?

I think you need to generate the mipmaps when saved. I don't recall what I did, I just know that it was the mipmap that was the problem.
EDIT: JoeJames, if you want to send the file over to me, I may be able to solve the problem?

Glad to see you back, i have yet to download a jersey mod and would just wait for you rather than downloading other modder's jersey. Good luck and hope you Finish this early :]

This game is a mess.
I still can't see the changes without any bug... I give up, I think I won´t make patches this year (unless somebody make a tool for uniforms)

What I did was first decompress the jersey file and then import the texture

Wich version of mod tool? because the one that I have, shows me jersey textures like a bug :S

Weird, I did that also... and I had the same problematic result.

JoeJames this is the correct and tested procedure for importing old jersey into 2k13 with correct mip-maps:
- open the 2k12 jersey file with the modtool just to decompress the file
- open it again with 3DM4.83
- extract the DDS DTX5 textures for jersey and shorts
- open them in Adobe Photoshop
then for every texture
- File->Script->Nvidia Mipster....just press okay...the script will generate textures with mipmaps
- Save the textures as DTX5 maps and remember to check "use existing Mimp Maps" that we've generated previously....
- Import Back the textures with the 3DM4.83 and save them
Done!
I've tested it and it works like a charm...previously I had the same problems as you.....hope it helps....
