I think France will go all the way. UEFA is gonna dominate all other leagues this time. Zidane is aging, but he still is a dominate force. Here is my dream lineup.

LF: Batista (duh)
RF: Ronaldo (ditto)

LM: LUIS ENRIQUE
CM: ZIDANE
RM: VALDERRAMA

LB: HENRY
CB: GRYGERA
RB: BOLF
SW: ROBERTO CARLOS

GK: ZUBIZARRETA/ VAN DER SAR

(in their primes of course)

Oh, and Kahn was left out because this is my favorites of ALL-TIME. Zubizaretta never let anything get by, and Van der Sar was a real leader, and fast on his feet.

But i'm glad France lost, not because i hate them but because then Denmark will meet Greece in the semis when they beat the Czecs on Sunday.

And another thing i've been wondering about. I've noticed this especially in the last rounds of the group games.
Here some teams went into the game knowing that they had to win to go through. In my example im talking about the Germans.
They are behind 2-1. They don't change their style of play. They don't make any offensive subs. (Jeremies, Defensive Midfielder.....riiiighT..

My point is that it dosnt really matter if you lose 2-1 or 5-1. They had to win,, why dont they just storm down the field caring a rats ass about defense when they know they must win to go through?
Is it honor? WHAT?

Does this make any sense at all?

I think Greece will win whole thing. GREECE-PORTUGAL final!
They have nothing to lose, no matter what happens they go home heroes and that lifts a heavy load of they backs, which will allow them to play beyond there ability. I watched the game VS France, and i think they are lucky to have only lost by 1 goal. It could have been 5, France got housed.

He missed that penalty due to the FACT that when used his last step on his run up to actualy shooting the ball it was directly into SAND which really did move the ball just before he shot.

VASSEL struggled the whole tournement, he looked out of place. But unlike BECKHAM he didnt fall over everytime he got the ball :roll:

Henry, Becks, Veira(injury my ass) and there are others who have just played so terrible.

BTW Euro 04 was ours, we have been robbed by that dickhead referee. I honestly believe we would have won the whole thing!

Wooohooo, what a game.

It was probably the most frustrating game to watch as a Holland fan, so many mistakes, so many opportunity's squandered.

Beautiful, Man of the Match was no doubt Van Der Sar, not only because of that last save, he saved their asses quite a few times. The goal posts should be thanked most though, awesome game.

Tch, would've been a nice goal of Ruud, too bad he was off side.
