pretty much sold on this game. I'll try and get it for $15-20 off and then get that season pass for sure.

Pre-ordered my copy from ozgameshop.com, reckon I'll invest in the Axxess DLC again this year.

wow, a ton of nice DLC content. would be nice if they were already in the game, but THQ is hurting for money and are pretty much whoring out their only real big money-making game.

so the $19.99 pass doesn't actually get you any DLC content, just a discount?

No, you get all the DLC with the Axxess pass. The pass pre-purchases all DLC at a slight discount, you download it as it's released.

Details on Universe Mode 3.0:

phpBB [video]

Create a Show

Players now have the freedom to create their own shows while scheduling which day they appear on, from Monday through Saturday. In their show creation process, players will be able to choose the presentation graphics, the arena, which rosters appear on the show, and assign up to four Championships to be contested over.

Create a Pay-Per-View

In addition to custom shows, players can also create a Pay-Per-View that can be held on any Sunday. Along with choosing the presentation graphics and arena, players can choose which shows participate in the Pay-Per-View, as well as the match-type theme.

Statistics

Players can now view various championship and show statistics within their WWE Universe. Containing both historical statistics and statistics that update as your WWE Universe progresses, players can try to further one Superstar’s championship reign or try to beat it.

Storylines

Superstars will enter into feuds against each other as part of a rivalry, while competing for #1 contender rights for a championship title, and more. Take part in 200 new storyline feuds and choose which Superstars stand out in your Universe.

More Content, More Freedom

Many improvements and other additions have been made to Universe, such as more matches per show and the freedom to edit whole match cards, customizable championship rankings, and the ability to restart your Universe from the beginning.

I just hope we can vacate belts this year. It's nice to have millions of them to pick from, but being forced to actually use all of them sucks.

Weird that the lowest rating in the game is 74 which is Stephanie Mcmahon. Laurinaitis is the only male wrestler in the game to be rated in the 70's.

It's super fluid and it's easily my favorite wrestling game to come out in the past 10-12 years. It's not perfect but as an overall package and wrestling game i think it's incredibly fun and it's defiantly the best wrestling experience I have had this generation. I hope THQ continues improving like they did with WWE 13 because compared to WWE 12 and previous titles it seems like they are working a lot harder on making a better overall experience and it might also have something to do with their WWE license expiring in 2014.

and IGN reviews it - http://www.ign.com/videos/2012/10/29/ww ... deo-review

Just got the game this morning, and for someone who has never played WWE 12, the changes for me are great :D From 2011 to WWE 13, I can see the difference. Still need to get used to the controls though.

Edit:
