I'm not making it up. The Pistons, Grizzlies, Jazz and such jerseys were all designed by some fashion company. I forget the details, but I have a ESPN magazine somewhere that documents it.

The purples were supposed to show excitement. The teals and such movement. The Pistons jerseys were all about the highlights of the individual! And it was the hottest thing for mensware! NINTEEN-NINTEES! FORWARD INTO THE NEW MILLENIUM WITH FASHION!

You can't possibly think jerseys of Grizzlies, Raptors, and Sonics were good looking ones. I always felt ashamed to wear my Grizzlies jersey as a kid despite greatness of the Pete Chilcutt and Cherokee Parks. And only jersey that looked worse was the Raptors one. Ugh. But loved my Pacers Rik Smits one. And the Magic one looked quite boss too. But that's with my dead fashion sense.

Sonics is the only other green jersey beside Boston so somehow I feel refresh looking at it for a while (of course Oklahoma Thunder is better but, well blue is all around)
Raptors: at that time the Jurasic Park Movies are rock so they just fit in with that, and they are not really that bad even through the current jersey really rock. But face it, with the players come along, whatever s**t 90s Raptor wear, they look better than today (I mean VC, Tracy, Bibby,... and Derozan, Calderon...)
Grizzliers => I don't know man, they look good on the player, on our body is a don't want to answer question, beside I'm not a big fan of Memphis (just lose to them twice in a month in dynasty, still hold grude, f**k u Gasol)
Anyway my favorite one is Hawks, just can't stand the troll above spit on my favorite like that.

Never liked Hawks one myself either though. Too messy for my taste. From 90s, my favorite was probably the Pacers. Idk why but perhaps it's got something to do with making me look skinnier in vertical stripe and greatness of Reggie Miller my guy back.

I hate that McDyess-Van Exel Nuggets jersey. It's real plain ugly compared to the Nuggets jerseys of the previous years.

I've never been a fan of the rainbow jerseys, I'd definitely take the McDyess era ones over them. Their current jersey is fine, too.
