Just buy a "All Region DVD player". This type of dvd player plays all region DVDs. I have one. It costs about $60-80 CDN.

I just bought a new DVD/VHS player, but if they're fairly cheap over here (I doubt it though :() I might look into getting an All-Region player. I'll check to make sure the one I have now isn't compatible with all regions first though.

My apologies for going off topic, but have they changed the rules about the Learner's License? Back when I got it, you only had to be 16 (in NSW, at least). :?

I noticed these dvd sets a little while back on nba.com and I wouldn't mind getting both the Bulls and the Lakers ones. If they become available down here I'm buying them, locking the doors and starring at the tv for a couple of days!

Just watched the 1st half of Game 1 of the 1992 Bulls vs Blazers finals. It was unbelievable seeing MJ do his 'thang' in getting 35 1st half pts. I remember seeing it live back in the day, but seeing it again just got me pumped.

That's a shame. I'd say most people are ready at 16...at least they've left the Ps system alone.

That was indeed a great game to watch. I actually have all the games on the DVD set on VHS from PonTel as well as the 1997 and 1998 championship videos, but that won't stop me buying the set as long as I have a way of watching it.

Yes, I really liked the 1998 championship video....seeing MJ's final basket as a Bull and the basket that won the Bulls their 6th title in 8 yrs.
