I found it completely impossible to enjoy, except for the crowd chanting for Bryan for much of the first hour. The first match completely ruined the entire event. The fact that there was nothing decent for the entire first hour, Rock and Cena had ten-minute entrances each, and Brodus Clay spent five minutes wasting time did not help.

The Divas champ coming out to her tag partner's music and then jobbing to a non-wrestler...what the fuck happened to the Divas of Doom thing that was bringing back the women's division a few months ago?

the final match was the only one i didnt predict last night. every wrestlemania we all (family) get together and "guess" who is going to win. i seem to win every year but they still do it lol. i always start with the obvious winners and go down the list. when i hit the matches that could go either way i see how many "good guys" or "bad guys" i have already chosen. last night i noticed all "good guys" so it made the team teddy match and kane match easy to call since they were my last 2. the main even shocked me though, i was positive that the rock was going to "pass the torch" to cena in that match. the fact that he didnt makes me kind of think he will be back again next year to do it

the first match bugged me. getting bumped last year then having a squash this year seems really disrespectfull to me mainly when you consider all the wasted time during the event. deadliest catch? brutas clay? worst introductions for a main even in the history of wrestlemania? speaking of that i was upset at HHH intro. i wanted him to try and top last years, guess i was asking to much since that may be my favorite of all time.

undertaker and HHH was by far best match imo. i think they used michaels perfectly through out the match. i was worried he was gonna jump in and screw it up but he didnt, he actually really added to it imo

Only reason you put Rock over at Mania is if you're planning a rematch. They clearly aren't. What the fuck, WWE?

Also, what was with that guy giving that 'Cena is an underdog' speech before his match with Rock? Underdog? Really?

Given that the grueling WWE schedule was one of the things that caused him to step away from the business, I'm guessing he'll be making a few live appearances over the next year to build up to a Wrestlemania match. I suppose we'll find out soon enough though.

didn't watch last night, but I watched and have loved all the fallout from the terrible Bryan Shaemus booking. Is this the first time where a booking decision turned a heel face and a face heel?
Opinions are my own.

I'd say it's not the first time but aside from the times where Cena's booking garners heel heat while the heel he's up against receives the babyface pop, it's the first in a while. Not to excuse the 18 second match, in the context of Wrestlemania 28 it'll always be a bad decision, but if they can make an entertaining angle out of it and it doesn't drop Daniel Bryan down the card then at the very least it won't all be for nothing.

I was waiting for Brock to do the jump in the top rope thing. I would have mark out on that.

well, i caught up on everything tonight. the Yes! (and with ADR, Sí!) is the new What? and it's hilarious. hope they turn DBryan back to a face, or at least stop burying him on-screen. I actually though the songs before the Rock/Cena Match were ok, but it looked like Flo Rida was lip-synching, or at least relying too much on the track. Rock/Cena match was a bit too slow for me, and the Rock could be heard calling for a DDT
I thought Rock would be losing in the "passing of the torch" match, but I think he feels he's still got more matches in him, and with his announcement for the belt, I can see him dropping the match vs Cena next year. and with Brock, I think he'll be the last victim for Undertaker next year, cuz they tried to set that up for this year
and the Divas division is a joke, I hope Kharma Kong comes back and tears shit up

It'll be interesting to see what happens with The Rock, if he makes some regular appearances then I'm all for that. You don't put the belt on him though - at least for anything more than a very short reign - unless he's going to be back for an extended run.

well i see rock challenging cena for the belt next year at WM either with the possibility of him being a "surprise" entrant at the rumble and losing to cena at WM.

I wouldn't mind that. As I said though, you definitely don't put the belt on him unless he's going to be around for a while to defend it.

that's the only scenario where the rock can challenge for the belt and not win it AND have the rematch with Cena

it should be cena that has to challenge the rock, not the other way around.

I think either way works but if we're approaching it from that angle, Cena could issue the challenge and add the incentive of putting the title on the line.

its clear to me that this has all been left unfinished. they said a billion times "once in a lifetime" but there is no way it ends with the rock winning, he has to pass it to cena. i dont think he should have the belt, at all for any length of time. he has to be back next year, its the only way for the rock to pass it to cena and make it all official.

oh another note, i better fucking see macho man put into the hall of fame soon, and has the headliner.
