If you had to build a team around any of these players who would it be?

Richard Jefferson
Dwyane Wade
Amare Stoudemire
Tony Parker
Tayshaun Prince
Kenyon Martin
Mike Bibby

[ i'd pick wade ]

I wouldnt really want to have any of these players as THE franchise player of the team to build around, but I would pick Dwyane Wade....because he already plays like a All-Star, is still a rookie that means that he will only become better and understand the game more.

But as I said, I dont want him as the main guy

K-Mart and Amare would probably be the best choices as far as being The Man. Tough choice...Martin's an All-Star calibre forward but Amare's on the rise, putting up nice numbers and looking like fulfilling his potential. I'd certainly be tempted to take Amare, though K-Mart or Wade might be safer picks.

I'd take Amare hands down. He's gonna be KG like. It's also safer to build around a big guy than a small guy

I would pick Martin and put some veterans and role players with him....cause as they say...choose big over small and Kenyon Martin has had playofff experience already...so i pick him!

1. wade
2. stoudemire

I can't remember the last NBA Champ who's number one player was a power forward (not counting Duncan who i think is a center playing PF)

I believe Phil Jackson said "You can't win a championship without a dominant big man, the Bulls were an aberration".
So I'd pick amare.
