Iman Shumpert and the rest of the rookies

is there a download with all the up to date rookies that was drafted in june? like Iman Shumpert for my knicks.
in the game in the download section i was scrolling with the rt and lt buttons and found alot of rosters for download.
i guess they was uploaded by other 2k12 players. but i rather get it from here. but is there a up to date one for download here?

now how about the sneakers i custom made in the game,
it wont let you apply it to myplayers. why is this?
