eh, I only run it when the game runs (you could leave it on 24/7 like Steam), and if it is, it is. they do have some shitty terms in the license agreement like how we cant sue them and they can check to see what you have installed and running.

still, I am floored by the call by phone service team. I realized I never received the preorder weapons bonus (since I had my original copy voided because of reinstalling issues), I put my phone number in to get called by a service person, turned around to grab the phone to get it near me and it was already ringing. Got the code for me in about 1 minute (after the who are you questions) and that's that.
