I think you're under-estimating the Kings.

They finished the season very badly. But do not forget they kicked ass at the begining of the season. I'm sure the end of the season was a short bad patch. Since the playoffs, they have done better.

Not because the Wolves can't beat the Kings, the Wolves suck. It's because the Kings are good.

And not because the Wolves can't beat the Kings, the Wolves can't beat the Spurs. Wolves-Spurs and Wolves-Kings are completely different match-up, complete different kinds of play which are opposed.

i'm not either underestimating kings nor wolves. i'm just saying that both of them doesn't have players like shaq or duncan

also the reason why the kings won the first round so easily is because the mavs also doesn't have a big man in the post. So that series was kindda 'it doesn't matter who wins it' , because both teams thrive in the open court and rely on their outside games

about the twolves: yes, i know they have KG. but remember guys.. he cannnot stop duncan and shaq INSIDE.... all he does is shoot that mid-range jumpers..he doesn't go inside and does all that physical moves..
also, defensively, this guy doesn't have enough strength to keep shaq or duncan out of the paint area...so, it's pretty obvious about who'll win...
it all depends on cassell and spre getting hot at the same time

Kings beat up on the wolfs today which means..
- game 7
- win or go home!

I think the timberwolfs will win game 7, it may be a bit tough though since KG isn't experienced in this type of situation and the Kings have a good amount of experience in game 7.

Yeah, we've pretty much established that much already.

I would like Sacramento to advance, let it be decided, once and for all...which of the two Western Powerhouses are better.

Not a knock on Wolves, I like em alot, but I dislike the Kings more.

Is KG being suspended? Because first Anthony Peeler hit him in the stomach, and must have knocked the wind out of him, because he was on the floor as both teams went coast to coast. When they both game back, thats when KG gave him a LIGHT elbow in the stomach, then BOOM Peeler hits him in the face.. I don't think KG should be suspended.

I say suspend KG & Peeler for Game 7. The league suspended Ewing for coming off the bench in '97. After Stu Jackson reviews the tapes, those two should get the same treatment.

oh boy, no KG= kings chances of winning jump 60%...wolfs will need big games from sprewell and cassell in order to overcome such a loss.

w/o KG Wolves will not win. They haven't played w/o him yet this season, they don't know how to play w/o him, he's the MVP they can't win w/o him

Well, Peeler can cry all he wants, but he still threw 2 punches including 1 in his face. I havent seen the game so correct me if Im wrong, but a elbow in the chest by Garnett can happen anytime and I doubt he meant to hurt him, while Peeler was simply going after revange while he could just continue the game

(btw DipSetVC, I thought you lost a bet? )

I was watching the game. Peeler struck first during the game, kind of knocking KG in his stomach, and thats when KG went down, but there was no call as both teams went to the other end. When they came back, KG was looking for revenge (I would too they knocked the damn wind out of me) and he gave Peeler a 'light' elbow in the stomach (light compared to how sometimes you see guys wrestling in the post) then Peeler elbowed KG in the face HARD. Then it kind of looked like KG was putting up his dukes, but the ref came and told Peeler to get out of there, so I don't really think KG should be suspended. Peeler started, it, and he had the best of him.

Wolves win!

KG had a monstrous game. He hit a nice 3 point shot in the 4th with about 1 second on the shoot clock....turns out they won by 3!

Great stat line for KG: 32 points, 21 rebounds, 5 blocks and 4 steals.

I just checked the boxscore of the game and to my amazement the Wolves only had 5 players who scored!
