I want to thank WWE for giving me one the best best wrestling promos and matches I've seen, including the wordless return last week, and I want to thank them again for letting me watch American Pickers and Pawn Stars again on Mondays. I am at pre-Punk shoot levels when it comes to WWE again.

Just glanced at the recap. Sounds OK to me, though perhaps it doesn't come across as well on TV. I'll have a look for myself when RAW airs here tomorrow.

Last night's Raw was the best one I've seen in ages. Nearly everyone has an entertaining storyline going on.

I disagree....

I watched up to the R-Truth/Miz segment, so Truth who was looking to be a pretty powerful heel, is now comedy relief again, Miz is playing "Really" like its the new "What?" and the Cena/Punk rematch was a sure thing the instant Punk came back. I did catch the belt raises with music at the end....that was lame IMO.

Punk/Cena is predictable but I also think it's the logical progression of the angle, determining who is actually the champion. I'd put Punk over again at Summerslam, though my guess is that they'll go with Cena.

I just didnt like how it took 2 hours for them to spill the beans that they will meet again, especially with Punk's rants getting information out right away....I dunno, it just didnt need the entire Raw show saying "what will happen when HHH makes a decision?!?!1"

i agree with you here, but i do agree with the mr botchamania quote. i personally thought otunga and jr. perfect (i still cant believe they wont let him use the hennig name or the perfect plex ) were going to drop the belts to ryder & santino so i was surprised with that. not a fan of truth's talking to little jimmys next to him but still love the "you gon get got". there is virtually no midcard now that kofi is feuding with adr, i can't believe that riley still gets tv time. how?? why not reward someone like yoshi tastu or tyson kidd or one of those guys that rough it on superstars every week?

Fair call. I suppose they wanted to try for some drama but I doubt even a mark wouldn't think that a match would come out of it. I wouldn't say the angle has been ruined - the way they book it through Summerslam will go a long way in determining that - but I see your point about poorly trying to create suspense on RAW. It probably would've been better if they'd announced that the situation would be addressed at the end of the evening and left all the promos between HHH, Punk and Cena until then. The outcome would still be predictable but it at least wouldn't be a rehash.

Don't judge it 'til you've watched it. The idea is eyerollingly stupid, the execution is the sole reason I'm still watching TNA.

The guy managed to waltz into Bischoff's office, hold Immortal off armed only with a cage, announce he was network executive and in charge of the show now, book two matches, then prevent Bischoff putting a stop to either of them after he found out Sting was lying by threatening him with the bird shown above. If Sting of a few months ago tried any of that, he'd be beat to a pulp, but he's got Immortal running solely because they're convinced he's completely nuts. It's awesome.

Joker Sting actually entertains me. It's the reason I watch TNA clips on Youtube. Heck if ever they want another Joker, Sting would be the best replacement to Health Ledger.
