2k camera angle crowd problem

Hey fellow NLSC members,
can anyone help me out here?
Whenever i select the 2k camera angle i can never see the crowd in the stands unless its the intro or cutscenes, all other camera
angles are fine except this one..
Is it because before i removed the crowd.iff? but it shouldn't be cause i already put it back.
