OK Here is one solution that may help you foreigners but I don't know if it will work with you because I live in the Philippines but it worked for me. So the one's who has IDM(Internet Download Manager) can be a useful tool because I just noticed that the download is Resume capable which means even if you turn off your Computer You can still resume the download just like a torrent!! YAY! Downloading It right now!! If I have some time I will upload this to Mediafire to make it easier to download for foreigners!

I have a new question is this a game or a patch because when I finished downloading the part 1 it is .exe which means its a program.

Patches also come in .exe format, if they have installation files.

Hey guys If you are wondering wether its a patch or a game its a game Because It didn't update anything in the original game and it will let you install it in a new folder in the program files.
