i dont care what everybody is sayin ... but its all about how ur team performs at the end of the season (granted they make the playoffs). this game is all about momentum ... so the hot teams right now will probably not be so hot in april, may, and june. Look for lakers to turn it on then.

I've seen this every year .... last year, sacramento was supposed to go to the finals ... they were the hot team at this time of year ... year before, it was san antonio, year before that .... it was minnesota (they had 11 game win streak at all star break) .... and before that, it was portland .... we all remember what happened to them.

Anyways, dont be too sure that indiana is going to make it to the finals ... you never know who could turn it on in april from the east. Playoffs are all about momentum ... whoever has momentum, that's usually the team that wins it all.

my predictions:

Lakers vs. Knicks

now that would be something :D

I certainly did. The three way deal that supposedly left them depleted...obviously didn't.

hehehe, reading this is funny
everyone had Orlando up high, and Utah down low...Orlando totally sucked and Utah were more than respectable

GM of the year....JD....yeah i'm biased, but........
he brought in Rasheed Wallace for reserves, he also got Mike James who fits in well, and re-signed Hunter who loves playing D

hmmm don't mean to be picky, but since the season is over+almost 2 months of no post, is it time to unsticky this thread along with the Awards one?

I've been meaning to unsticky the Awards thread for some time, but keep forgetting to do it. I'll unsticky both now while I think about it.
