NBA Personalities

Which players fit each characteristic spot in the NBA?
Best Attitude
Most Gentlemanlike
Biggest Goofeball
Most Energetic
Worst Attitude
Most Focused Player

Here are mine.

Best Attitude- Vince Carter. Doesn't get pissed and seems to be friends with everyone all the time. Also probably because he is my favorite player.

Most Gentlemanlike - Tim Duncan / Antonio Davis. Both really great role models.

Biggest Goofeball - Kevin Garnett. I love his attidude and his reactions to cool plays. (remeber after Vince jumped over 7'2 guy. Just look at Garnetts face afterwards). Or when he had to be held back by other people so he wouldn;t run on the court after some of Vince's dunks in the 2000 competition. Also listen to him on an interview.

Most Energetic - Jerme Williams

Worst Attitude - Allen Iverson

Most Focused - Kobe Bryant. You can see he is there to play the game and want sto win when he is on the court.

Vince does have a good attitude but remember him throwing the ball at AD, and wanting to fight Bowen, even Vince gets mad at times.

Best Attitude: Tough question. It would require grace in victory and maturity when losing. I think I'd have to go with Yao Ming.

Most Gentlemanlike: Dikembe Mutombo, with Yao Ming and Tim Duncan coming in 2nd and 3rd

Biggest Goofball: Shaq. In a bad way.

Most Energetic: Darius Miles, after that Earl Boykins, but Miles gets all his teammates involved in the game.

Worst Attitude: Allen Iverson. Refuses to go to practice...and if you try to tell him about it he'll quit on you.

Most focused player: Jason Kidd. I guess.

I forgot about Bowen, though I'd say he's more unsportsmanlike or simply a dirty player, rather than having a bad attitude in the same sense as some of the other players mentioned here. I'm not saying you can't pick Bowen or that it was a bad choice; I'm just offering my two cents on Bowen, as he's an interesting (and so far unique) choice. :)

Hmm, that's new, Didn't expect that one

Another Goofball - Brevin Knight, this guy is so high maintenance and is such a complainer, man. Yesterday against the Raptors they called a foul on him and he goes and sits on the bench and folds him arms, what are you doing?
Michael Redd is good though, don't think I saw the guy complain once.

oh i didnt know reef had 11 techs(!!!), i just watched him while he was a true grizzly (vancouver), and he seemed fairly coolheaded, though i did hate when he got frustrated and did that girly shadow punch thing.

i know vince like most people wants to win, but i think ad was right in saying he wasnt really a leader yet. vince is a good person, but i just think he's been worn down from all the dissapointments he's been through personally and with toronto and for me it shows through his disposition. i think toronto would trade him, but if they did the arena would empty in a hurry because why would anyone watch a crappier raptor team when you can watch the old geezers on the leafs? :D 4-0. ouch!
