ENB Crash on start (photomod)

I have recently upgraded my pc with new motherboard, CPU and memory, and now, if I try to use enb on 2k11 it crashes on start. I only get a quick blink and the game doesn't start. Any suggestions?

Specs:
Asus crosshair IV formula mobo
AMD Phenom II X6 3.2GHz
Corsair 4GB RAM 1.3 MHz DDR3
Nvidia GeForce 250GTS 1GB RAM DDR3
