Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling offers to host the bout at the "Lockdown" Pay-Per-View event on Sunday, April 17
As the NFL's Super Bowl draws near, one of the year's major football news stories has been the ongoing rivalry between Cincinnati Begals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco and his head coach, Marvin Lewis.
The ill-will between the head coach and his star player has reportedly been an ongoing issue, and now Ochocinco has challenged Lewis to put an end to their differences once and for all - not on the gridiron field of the NFL, but inside a steel cage!
On Monday, Ochocinco posted the following message to his Twitter account (twitter.com/ochocinco), responding to Adam Schefter of ESPN: "Me and Marvin Lewis in a cage match, set it up, I've earned my stripes on my helmet it's time to fight then play"
As a result, Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling has offered to host Ochocinco vs. Lewis inside a Steel Cage at their annual "Lockdown" event on April 17, which will air live on Pay-Per-View!

Vince McMahon blocks a major storyline for Christian and Edge.
Christian vs Edge
Apparently, Vince McMahon is not a big fan of the Burger King slogan of "Have It Your Way".
The internet wrestling community has been begging for a program between Edge and Christian. Fans don't care if they're friends or foes. They just want to see the two childhood friends working together again.
McMahon, though, doesn't share in that sentiment.
Prior to Christian's injury, the creative department had pitched ideas to McMahon about programs between the former tag champions. Some of the ideas were thrown out in an attempt to put Christian into a main event program with Edge.
McMahon turned down every single idea.
The belief has always been that McMahon does not view Christian as a main event talent. He views him as a solid veteran performer who can help aid the newer wrestlers. In the CEO's eyes, he's in the same class as Goldust, Finlay and William Regal.
Closing Thoughts
With all the other failed pushes that he's experimented with over the years, it wouldn't kill McMahon to give this program at least a month.
