Why were the Cavs allowed to get a new alternate jersey already? Was it even new? Is it because it's similar to their old jerseys? I think I'm missing something here.

Very odd to see the Cavaliers wear a LeBron-era jersey.

On Friday night, the Cavaliers unveiled this year’s CavFanatic uniform – an all-black version of last year’s navy blue uni’s – including the 2003-2010 “Cavaliers” wordmark – and utilizing the blue, black and orange team colors from the mid-1990s and early 2000s.

So what, they remind fans that there were times they didn't suck?

Looks like the Cavs have come to terms that they're horrible and should pay tribute to their 2002-03 team that won 17 games. The only positive thing that team did was suck enough to get LeBron, so maybe they're trying for the same luck?

No Bosh, no Wade for the HEAT 2night. LeBron will be the starting 4, don't know about that. His match-up should be Amir and Dorsey, so he should be fine defensively.

I don't get it, why he sucks at blocking shot this season. He averaged over a block in Cleveland, this season just 0.4 - LeBron, get your head out of your ass and block some shots for god's sake.

i think more people are on the lookout for lebron's ridiculous fastbreak layup blocks. 90% of the guys I see on the break against him now check over their shoulder as they go up.

He has gotten a lot of goaltending calls too.

Mike Miller is healthy, 31 points so far. If he keeps this up and with Haslem back, I have high hopes for the HEAT in the Playoffs.

I was a bit worried after Westbrook missed his second free throw, but KD came up big at the end.

Nice to see Mike Miller finally get a chance to play. I laugh at those so-called Heat fans who called for his trade earlier this season. Mike Miller is a good player, a great 6th man & coming back from injury.

Absence of Bosh and Wade actually helped the team in terms of providing Miller much needed confidence. Though I liked what I saw today, it's still a wait and see situation. With the trio all healthy, the ball won't be shared much and will make harder for supporting casts to get into a groove like they did today.

Blake Griffin was just two assists shy of a triple double against the Warriors with 30 points, 18 rebounds and eight assists. 10/16 from the field and 9/10 from the free throw line, pretty nice stat line.

Blake also knocked down a three to beat the shot clock on an inbound play.

Well it seems the Hornets have got themselves back together. They destroyed both the Hawks and Spurs in the same week and held them both to a season low in points. They might be creeping their way back to a top seed in the west.

Pistons put up another impressive win, this time over the Magic. Austin Daye had a huge fourth quarter shooting and Tayshaun Prince continued his strong play. I'm starting to believe that this team could legitimately grab the eighth seed in the East.

At least they're actually fun to watch this year.
