Fatigue Factor

How does "Fatigue Factor" affects players? For players to tire out quickly, do I adjust slider towards 100 or the opposite?

Decrease it to make players tire quicker.

are u referring to the Slider, Fatigue rate?
if so, i just tested it, lower makes players tire quicker.

that's what i was thinking too cuz nothing happened when i slid it to 95.

will coach profile settings (like 100% offense tempo or 100% defense pressure, etc) have any effect in fatigue factor in this game? b/c in real life it does.
