the wired xbox 360 controller, the game recognizes it and will automatically show the controller's icons in the menus and such
Opinions are my own.

the usb charger thing powers the controller but it doesnt send the signal to the computer, youll still need the wireless receiver

I don't want to open a new thread, so I am resurrecting this one ...

I have a Saitek P880 and this game is completely unplayable with this controller. I have to setup the controller for every single game I want to play. It switches between the left stick and the pad ... and most of the buttons I need are simply not there.

So what I am getting at is this ... is this game only playable with an Xbox 360 controller?

PS2 and Logitech controllers seem to work based on what I read from other users here.

I've always use a PS2 and/or a XBOX 360 controller for all my PC games that require a game pad and never once had an issue. Either will work just fine, it's up to which style controller you prefer.

I dont think you can get a better controller for this price. Right guys? And btw there is 1 year warranty on these controllers right?
