I dont know of any patcher that actually updates teams at one time. Finding CF patches has always been random at best.

If you know someone releasing proper packs and is planning on doing all the teams then let me know. If not then I'm not planning on adding CFs to this thread.

I think it's disbanded by now,
relaunching it will obviously require a lot of work,
