Rodman

Well, Long Beach released the old 43 year old Dennis Rodman and say he is in good basketball shape. He is now looking for a team to play for. Who do you think will need his service? Atlanta to bring some excitement to the arena?

Perhaps the Bulls could sign him...

Scottie, Roddy the only one left would be MJ...

Bringing back Rodman would be cool, but I for one, would NOT watch his last NBA game...I doubt any sane person would want to watch a naked 42 year old play basketball. :?

He only played 2 games in the ABA! :? I thought it would take a little more... could it be that Mr. Rodman is bored already? In the words of Ron Harper... "C'moooaaan Dennis!".

i dont think anybody's gonna give him a chance to come back to the NBA.
however,
if he were to come, his best fit would be with the lakers simply becuz of phil jackson ... and rodman knows how to play in phil's system.

however, i dont see it happening .... becuz he's had his chance before and he blew it with the lakers and the mavs.

and we dont get too many second chances in life.

He probably should stay away from the NBA...but if he's keen to play, then why not? He'll probably have trouble finding a team who will keep him on the roster for more than a handful of games though. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Rodman fan (kind of) after his stint with Chicago, but in today's NBA where veterans get pushed aside in favour of youth and potential, it would appear the Worm doesn't have much chance of getting back into the league, especially given his past antics.

(Now watch as Rodman gets signed to a 10 day contract and another one of my predictions is blown out of the water.)

I think Rodman coming back to the NBA is a joke. He is 43 years old. Does anyone else play when they are 43? No, not even if they are still one of the best players in the league. Michael Jordan retired, and he didn't look out of shape when he was playing in the all-star game last year. Dennis Rodman was released by an ABA team, even if it is because he wanted to go to the NBA. He was released by a team in a defunct league. And NBA teams are considering him? That's just sad.

Watch him become the leading rebounder. Just watch.

It wold be INtresting to see Rodman signed by Detroit.....or Rodman against Big Ben which would really get some attention....

But If the Lakers SIGN Rodman than Kobe on the Night Of the Last Game for Rodman will want some Hot action from his Wife and thats a good thing...I can only Imagine

*Rodman walks to Center court and throws off shorts*

Kobe: Oh god...

Payton: No.....Please No....

Shaq: Can you Dig ITTTTTTTT?

Kobe: I will never dig it....I want my Wife....

Look what I found, that may give you an idea on the level of the ABA

Incredible: Joe Bryant back on the court. - Mar. 4, 2004 - by Gianni Pascucci
Head coach Joe Bryant decided to go back on the court and to play in the last regular season game of his Las Vegas Rattlers. He played.... 46 minutes, ending the game with 18 pts and 5 rebs. Not bad, for a man aged 50. No one knows, however, if "Jelly Bean" Joe will play even in the ABA playoff starting today in Juarez, or not....

Just for the ones who don't know, Joe Bryant is Kobe's father :)
