Open message on Association mode (PC)

Guys, please help

Is this kind of glitch/bugs?
I cant open message on Association mode.
On 2K10 we can open it on GM section, but where on 2k11:

Havent played much association this year due to the bugs, but it should be there.

This is actually a good question, is the PDA thingie gone or what? How do I get to it and read stuff from the owner?

pretty sure its gone, someone should tweet ronnie about it
