KEYWORD for FilePlanet Patch Download

My eyes are really tired searching for NLSC Roster Patch v1.06 in FilePlanet. There are so many files in there and the patch I'm looking for is not as famous as those 1st person shooter games.

Can anyone help me out here. What seems to be the exact keyword to type so that I can directly go to the download page?

This is what I do - login to fileplanet then open a new window of nlsc then download the patch. After completely/successfully downloading the patch, I logout from fileplanet. Hope that helps.

DAMMIT! I can't seem to download it. And I really don't know WHY? First, I really think I need that first guy's "EXACT KEYWORD" to download the file.

I don't get it. I have a GameSpy ID but now they're run by FILE PLANET. It says a bunch of junk like this:

Then, I go and see if I have already logged in. Wow, lo and behold! I've already logged in.. AND STILL I CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE PATCH! PLEASE HELP ME?!?! US??

Use the set of links on the bottom of the download page. It is underneath the subscription servers, on the free servers.

If you're logged into FilePlanet, all you need to do is click the Download button in the Downloads database entry.

Um, does this mean I have to subscribe to them? Why can't we use the old GameSpy ID?

I have no idea. I have no control over any of that, unfortunately.

Thanks, I found out my problem. After I "logged in" to my GameSpy ID, I had to go back to FilePlanet to "LOGIN" (which was on the left). I didn't know that. I thought that with the GameSpy ID, I could directly download the patch. I guess you have to "LOGIN" twice.

Thanks unicorn for the tip. When I tried to figure out a way to download the patch before I read this thread, that was what I did too.

I logged on to fileplanet.com first then I opened a new browser and went to the nlsc website. When I clicked on the roster patch link, I directly went to the fileplanet page where the file was located. All I had to do was click on the download link on any of the public servers there.

But I think an exact keyword would be this: po4v106.zip

I haven't tried this though. The "106" part may be replaced with prior versions such as "105" or "104," etc. or future versions such as "107." Perhaps the *.zip extension might also be ommitted.

When trying to search for the patch in fileplanet, maybe this will produce good results.

Every time I try to download something from the free servers at File Planet I log in and wait in line for 30 minutes and when it's my turn it takes 1sec. to download. Then I try to open it and it says its corrupt.

FilePlanet can be troublesome at times, but the files have been uploaded and are available to download. Hopefully we won't have to deal with FilePlanet in the near future.
