Players moving in quicksand effect?

My game runs a stable 55-60 FPS but it just seems like they are running slowly and I am like GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Now that is with quickness at 0 but if I turn it up then they are a little faster but they are still running like old people and when I look at the FPS using fraps it is at about 60.

Ok I figured it out, it is the game speed but I had it at 62 and most people play with that around 47, so I turned it up to about 80 and that seems to move as fast as an NBA game to me. I would think 47 would be crazy slow.

gamespeed has nothing to do with game performance (FPS) of course turning it all the way down is going to cause that effect.

Dude if your quickness slider is set to 0 then thats your problem right there . If youre going to lower it atleast bring the user down to 20 and the cpu to 5. I tried to set it at 0 once and it wasnt for me. It was way too slow for nba pace.
