My Player minutes problem

Playing with my player mode i reached 33 minutes per game. Since i have reached them i can't play more minutes. What's wrong with this. (i have pc version)

Your coach doesn't want to play you more minutes?

Man i'm overall 95 points and i avarage 28 points 12 rebounds and 7 asissts in my second season. It will be better for the team if i could play more.

Is there any way you can change your role to starter using Tsearch?

I don't know, i'm also trying to find the command in Tsearch to change role but i can't find it.
