Could CJ Miles be a star in Bay Area? Three weeks ago, the Warriors swingman scored a career-high 31 points against the Detroit Pistons. Miles’ improvement is the result of him being an evening regular at the Warriors’ practice court, where he works on his jump shot long after the official practice is over. He makes up to 450 shots in the hour-long session and yes, he is gifted with the luxury of having assistant coach Keith Smart tee up the ball and playing spirited one-on-one games with another assistant coach, Mark Price.
(ESPN Sportscenter’s Mike Yam and Tim Legler on Miles)
Mike Yam: The biggest surprise this season for the Warriors is 6-6 guard-forward CJ Miles. Acquired in an early-season trade from the Jazz, Miles has been playing his best basketball here in Bay Area, posting 19.2 points, 3 rebounds per outing. He’s also leading the team in three-point percentage for the month of November by shooting 38 percent. What are your thoughts, Tim?
Tim Legler: He’s certainly a great addition to this Warriors squad bringing his all around game, Mike. Not only has he shown his more improved offensive game, he’s also handling the ball, rebounding, and even finding teammates. The Jazz must be kicking themselves right now to let go of a talent like him.

I like your gifs for the monthly recap. Your record ain't too good. I hope you can break out the funk and step your game up. Miles is nasty ... but others need to step up.
