draft combine or summer league courts for all teams patch?

hey can someone make a draft combine or summer league the default court for all teams...i want to use it in myplayer mode
because my pc keeps freezing/hangs when i play in large stadiums with large crowds

i tried setting details to low but it keeps freezing.. my hd3650 AGP has some issues with open gl
