what should be my settings?

guys just wanna ask what should be my settings in 2k11

i have..........

intel(r)core(tm)2 duo e7400 @ 2.80 ghz
2g RAM
512 gforce 9400 gt
windows 7..

and im using 19inch monitor..

when i try benchmarking (high settings)i got 35 fps..how can i increase it?

and what is anti-aliasing? anyway i turned it off while i tried benchmarking

anistropic filtering 0
v sync 0
triple buffer 0
turn off windows defender

everything maxed out except:

player models: medium
mcaa 4x

i have a similiar rig like you and get 40-45 fps.
