Tough loss, Rondo finally stopped being a pussy. Korver going 1-6, sucks to see that.
Can't wait for your off-season coverage.

Lamrock wrote:As long as you're only a season in to your dynasty, very well. I'm planning on doing that with 'Saur Losers. Only caveat is that I'd have to remake the 9 NLSC rookies I made.
'Saur Losers will be pretty easy to port since I started after the draft and most of free agency. Will be a pain to move all the rookies (and change some of the contracts) in this one.

2011 NBA Playoffs Preview: Conference Finals
Western Conference Finals
1. Los Angeles Lakers (60-22) v 2. Oklahoma City Thunder (53-29)
Key Rotation
Los Angeles Lakers: Derek Fisher | Kobe Bryant | Ron Artest | Pau Gasol | Andrew Bynum | Lamar Odom | Shaquille O'Neal
Oklahoma City Thunder: Russell Westbrook | James Harden | Kevin Durant | Jeff Green | David Lee | Cole Aldrich | Eric Maynor
Comment: While many expected Steve Nash and the Phoenix Suns to reach the Western Conference Finals for a duel with Kobe and the Lakers, it was the youthful Oklahoma City Thunder who would be on the biggest stage in the Western Conference. Having defeated the Suns at the buzzer in game 7, Kevin Durant and his Thunder squad will be facing off against the back to back defending champions, who are well rested after finishing the Rockets off in 5 quick games. Still, it shouldn't matter much as the Thunder are young and energized. However, it would be a very tough series for them as the Lakers are loaded up front, something that they would definately abuse against the Thunder, who has the 6 foot 9 David Lee starting at center.
ESPN Prediction: Lakers in 5
Eastern Conference Finals
2. Orlando Magic (54-28) v 5. Boston Celtics (45-37)
Key Rotation
Orlando Magic: Jameer Nelson | Vince Carter | Mickael Pietrus | Rashard Lewis | Dwight Howard | Randy Foye | Marcin Gortat
Boston Celtics: Rajon Rondo | Ray Allen | Paul Pierce | Kevin Garnett | Kendrick Perkins | Rasheed Wallace | Delonte West
Comment: It's a rematch of the 2010 Western Conference First Round Series as the Dwight Howard-led Magic will go against the defending Eastern Conference Champions. Last season's series went down to the wire in game 7. Things are still pretty much the same for both squads, but the aging Celtics have just came off a gruelling series with Chicago while the Magic had been waiting for a good 4 days after defeating the persistent Iverson-led Sixers. It should be a close series still but look for the Magic to advance to face Kobe Bryant and the Lakers for the second time since 2009.
ESPN Prediction: Orlando in 6

NEW YORK -- Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers is the winner of the Maurice Podoloff Trophy as the 2010-11 NBA Most Valuable Player presented by Kia Motors, the NBA announced today.
Bryant, who also earned the honor in the 2007-08 seasons, totaled 1,205 points including 116 first place votes, from a panel of 122 sportswriters and broadcasters throughout the United States and Canada and the first ever NBA MVP fan vote. Players were awarded 10 points for each first-place vote, seven points for each second-place vote, five for third, three for fourth and one for each fifth-place vote received.
Rounding out the top five in voting for this season's award are Sacramento Kings Forward LeBron James (609 points), Orlando Magic Center Dwight Howard (599 points), New Orleans Hornets Guard Chris Paul (478 points), and San Antonio Spurs Forward Tim Duncan (119 points).
Bryant finished the season with the highest scoring average in the NBA at 28.6 ppg, having shot 49% from the field, 90% from the free-throw line and an amazing 43% from three-point range. In addition, Bryant added 4.3 rebounds, 6.0 assists, as well as a league second best 2.3 steals per game. The 6-6 guard led the Lakers to the best record in the NBA (60-22), and the franchise’s 21st Pacific Division title.
The NBA MVP trophy is named in honor of the late Maurice Podoloff, the first commissioner of the NBA who served from 1946 until his retirement in 1963.
The 2009-10 NBA Most Valuable Player Award presented by Kia Motors is part of a series of on court performance awards called "The NBA Performance Awards Presented by Kia Motors." The series, currently in its fourth season, is a significant part of the multiyear marketing partnership between Kia Motors America and the NBA, and also includes the Most Improved Player, Defensive Player and Sixth Man of the Year awards, along with the Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Month.

NEW YORK -- Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers, the 2010-11 Most Valuable Player presented by Kia Motors, was a unanimous selection to the 2010-11 All-NBA First Team, the NBA announced today. Joining Bryant on the first team are Chris Paul of the New Orleans Hornets, Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic, LeBron James of the Sacramento Kings and Amar'e Stoudemire of the Phoenix Suns.
Bryant led the NBA in scoring (28.6 ppg) and finished second in steals in the NBA (2.3). He led the defending world champion Los Angeles Lakers to the best record in the NBA (60-22) and was subsequently named the Most Valuable Player of the 2010-11 season. This is Bryant's eighth selection to the All-NBA First Team. Among active players, only Tim Duncan (nine) has more First Team selections. Shaquille O'Neal also has eight.
Paul earns his third All-NBA First Team selection after leading the New Orleans Hornets to a record of 47-35, good enough for the sixth seed in the Western Conference. Paul finished 3rd in the NBA in assists (9.4) and paced the league in steals (3.1).
Howard, an All-NBA First Team selection for the forth consecutive season, continues his streak of leading the league in both rebounding and blocked shots in consecutive seasons, averaging 14.1 rebounds and 3.4 block shots per game.
James, the 2008-09 and 2009-10 back to back Most Valuable Player, finished fifth in the league in scoring (26.5) and led the Sacramento Kings to the eighth seed in the Western Conference with a record of 46-36.
Stoudemire makes the All-NBA First Team for the second time in his career, with his league-third best rebounding average of 11.7 and a 2.5 blocks per game average that was fifth best in the league, the 6'10" forward was an instrumental part of the Phoenix Suns' record of 51-31 and their third seed in the Western Conference.
The All-NBA Second Team consists of Deron Williams of the Utah Jazz and Brandon Roy of the Portland Trailblazers at guard, Atlanta Hawks' Joe Johnson and San Antonio Spurs Tim Duncan at forward, and Al Jefferson of the Minnesota Timberwolves at center.
The All-NBA Third Team includes Chicago's Dwyane Wade and San Antonio's Tony Parker at guard, Philadelphia's Andre Iguodala and Washington's Chris Bost at forward, and Yao Ming of the Houston Rockets at Center.
The All-NBA Teams were chosen by a panel of 122 sportswriters and broadcasters throughout the United States and Canada. The media voted for All-NBA First, Second and Third Teams by position with points awarded on a 5-3-1 basis.

Comment: A rematch of the 2009 NBA Finals, Dwight Howard and his Magic squad will look to have revenge on the two time defending champion Los Angeles Lakers. The Magic has had various additions/upgrades since the two last met, notably replacing Hedo Turkoglu with former superstar Vince Carter. Furthermore, the two time Defensive Player of the year Dwight Howard has polished his post game somewhat, as evident in his domination of the Boston Celtics on both ends of the floor, manhandling Kendrick Perkins with ease in the paint. The Lakers will probably face off against their toughest foe so far here on the biggest stage, as they have cruised through the West with relative ease, sweeping the LeBron James led Kings in the first round and Durant-led Thunder in the Conference Finals, and eliminating Yao Ming and the Houston Rockets in five games, Kobe and company are in great shape for the finals as they look to complete another three-peat.
ESPN Prediction: Lakers in 6
