June 30, 1993: Traded by the Orlando Magic to the Golden State Warriors for Anfernee Hardaway, a 1996 1st round draft pick (Todd Fuller), a 1998 1st round draft pick (Vince Carter) and a 2000 1st round draft pick (Mike Miller).

And if anyone is wondering how Golden State got the Fuller and Carter picks back in order to draft them, Orlando traded them to the Bullets with Scott Skiles for some less valuable picks:

July 29, 1994: Traded by the Orlando Magic (as a 1996 1st round draft pick) with Scott Skiles and a 1998 1st round draft pick (Vince Carter) to the Washington Bullets for a 1996 2nd round draft pick (Randy Livingston) and a 1998 1st round draft pick (Keon Clark).

And then the Bullets packaged them with Tom Gugliotta in their own trade for Webber:

November 17, 1994: Traded by the Washington Bullets (as a 1996 1st round draft pick) with Tom Gugliotta, a 1998 1st round draft pick (Vince Carter) and a 2000 1st round draft pick (Chris Mihm) to the Golden State Warriors for Chris Webber.

So in the end the Warriors sent Penny and Mike Miller for a season of Chris Webber.
