No Calderon and no Pau. :( Ah well. Looks like we will have a new World Champion!

I wonder how the Americans will tackle the size of Russia... and Serbia.

Turkey is looking great.

At least he's displaying his enthusiasm and confidence.
You guys are boring in this thread.
If my national team were participating in this tournament (or any tournament for that matter), I would have called all of you faggots in your native language by now.

Looks like it's Serbia, USA, Lithuania, Turkey.

I'm feeling a Turkey-USA gold medal match. If that were the case, I'd love for the home team to win it. Wouldn't that be great!

But I'm thinking it will end up: USA, Serbia, Turkey.

A cruise to the top of the world for USA. Out of all remaining teams, I don't see a real threat to USA. Just be careful of Turkey's homeground advantage.

You'd be wrong. All of the teams are quality. I I have more respect for Serbia after they knocked off Spain and Turkey is playing exceptionally with the home crowd behind them. Lithuania are no slouches as they are traditionally have great squads. This team is no different, they have great shooters. USA winning gold is not a given. I think it's most probable but a win from any of the other teams is not out of the question.

As the Aussies found out and same with Argentina, you can't stop hot-shooting teams! If the USA can't stop one of these teams on 'their night', then they're screwed.

Can't wait for this to play out!

If only our national team have some great bigs and great basketball to begin with, then at least I would be interested in watching this tournament.

This is actually a very unique tournament. The final four teams have combined to not lose a single game in regulation time for the entire tournament. It's only fitting that all four still remain.

As benji said, you missed something there.

This is getting really interesting.
I'm with Serbia on the one semi. Not only because of the good relations with the Serbs, but because many Serbian players on this team play in Greece.

ON the other semi I will support team USA because of Rose
