Jordan's Knee Pad

I noticed in the preview videos Jordan is wearing a big solid black pad on his knee when he really wore a smaller black & red pad on his calf for most of his career. I hope they get this fixed by the time the game comes out.

I don't think so... the graphics department look almost the same at last year so i think the accesories are still the same for 2K11, only i noticed that sock are changes a bit!... would be great if they included the accesories set on the .iff file of each players... this way the players could have unique gears like MJ Knee sleeve or Pippen nº "33" armband!

I don't have a link handy but I seem to recall one of the producers mentioning that it was a placeholder and he would have his proper sleeve in the final game.

same thing with the tongue, it wasnt in the trailers but after a few weeks we got a screenshot of it to make sure it was in the game.

they'll have it in the game, dont worry about it

If they do give him the sleeve he better have socks on too. I've never heard of any NBA player going sockless in a game. 2k really needs to pay more attention to detail.

That's a weird detail for them to overlook as generally they're pretty thorough.

Nice, but the shorts on the Bulls are way too long. The shorts they were rocking in the 90's were somewhere between today's length and the short, shorts of the 80's.

yea looks like the blazer's shorts are correct but the bulls ones are the current NBA length

u and me both but im not worried since they have the shorts in game with an editor we will still be able to assign ..i hope

I just wish they had three sizes for the shorts not just the 80's short, shorts and today's long johns but have a like a medium size like what the players wore in the 90's.

If we're stuck with the two extremes as far as shorts are concerned then it's still something I can overlook, but I agree with the suggestion of short, medium and long shorts to accurately represent the past eras and today.

It sucks that the leg sleeve is only works properly for Jordan. As I've seen on some of the latest previews players like Melo & Deron willaims have no socks on when there wearing the leg sleeve. Which has always kinda bothered me but not that much. Its just kinda unrealistic and also been around since NBA 2k5!!!

It's a fair call. Considering how detailed orientated 2K is, it's a little odd they haven't got that right.

As I said before, its not just all that horrible but it is funny how they haven't cared to fix it!

i never say an nba player without socks on so this is a huge disappointment 4 me was really lookin forward 4 2k fixing it hope they suprize everyone!

Does anyone know how to get the leg pad to show correctly when the Bulls play at home?

When I play the JOrdan legend mode, the black pad shows correctly black and red but at home its a red and white.

Though, if I play classic team jordan mode, the pad shows correct at home and away.
