Does anyone Here have a Radeon 9700 pro?

What are your fps? I am thinking of buying this.

i have a hercules radeon 7900 pro.

im kinda having problems with nba live, i used fraps to test my framerate, im gettin about 45-60 fps (depends on how many players visible). but it never seems to run smooth. im kinda dissapointed.

my settings in live:
1024x768 32bit medium details.

my system: athlon 2400+, 512 mb, asus av788x, hercules radeon 7900 pro.

im gettin over 13000 3dmarks, shouldnt that be enough to run this game smooth?

I bought it last week, but before i installed it i noticed that it don't support Windows98se so i had to get rid of it. Instead bought the GEForce4 Ti 4600, works real nice too.

You could have used the WinME driver to run the card in Win 98. The 9700 Pro stomps all over the Ti 4600.

That is really dissapointing. Do you have V-sync disabled? I think Live 2003 is graphically beautiful, but I was wondering whether to categorize the game as graphically instensive, or graphically innefficient. If a 9700 pro cant run the game at 1280 then the programmers have done a poor job.
