Dynasty All Teams salary cap 500 milion$

The game crashes when I paste all of it except the players.dbf, appearance.dbf and teams.dbf. What should I do?

I think resurrecting old posts is against the rules but I need this one badly.

I started my Portland dynasty and followed all instructions but it still crashes when loading before playing a game. The assistant and simulating is OK. But heck, who would simulate a 25 year dynasty? D:

When you say "started" do you mean this dynasty began before you put the file in or did you start the dynasty with the cap file?

Like what Andrew said. After the Training Camp, paste it all except players.dbf, appearance.dbf, teams.dbf, and save.dat.

Yeah you can start a dynasty with the cap file, what I did was I just pasted the team I wanted to play a dynasty with (the team from the cap download) into my saves, then loaded it. It kinda messes up things early, because you don't get to choose your coaches, or assign the training camp before it starts, but I like it better, because it has zero problems.

Unfortunately, this won't work AFAIK. You guys will have to hex edit franchise.dat yourselves. Just follow this or this. They're both for previous games but they still work for 08. If you can't understand them, PM me your franchise.dat along with the current salary cap in your dynasty and what you'd like the salary cap to be and I'll do it for you.

i used the franchise.dat. i followed everything. i even tried to solve it myself and it still wont work. i tried overwriting everything to only putting franchise.dat to the saves file of my saved game.
