I think it has something to do with the alpha or the dxt importing

use the iff editor its a seperate program

thanks u guys hey flaming when u edit faces is it more than just making a cyberface in photoshop? i make cyberfaces but after i make em and apply them it seems like it still sometimes looks like the default player im using. does that make sense can you shed some light. By the way here is kenny anderson (slightly edited headshape prob done by mgx and cf all my own
