That means they've been assigned shoes that aren't in the game. That's easily remedied through Edit Player. If need be, just assign them their team's default shoe (it's the first option available when editing a player's shoes).

Dudee your camera patch is compatible with nba live 06 and it makes the gameplay 2x's better. Im posting in the nba live pc section.
